Meteorologists are warning residents living in South Carolina that cold weather is coming, and its coming fast. In fact, forecasts suggest that the coldest weather of the season may be showing up overnight, leaving parts of the state with weather advisories such as frost and freeze warnings and watches.
Remember, frosty and freezing conditions can lead to extremely dangerous road conditions. Drive carefully, don’t follow to closely behind the person in front of you, and make sure to watch for patches of ice on and under bridges, as those areas thaw and evaporate slower than those areas on open roads.
