Edwin Palacio

Edwin Palacio is a personal injury attorney who knows what a real fight looks like.

Before standing up for the injured, he stood up for the accused, trying serious criminal cases and earning his place in the courtroom. Now he brings that same drive to personal injury law. Edwin builds strong cases, sees them through, and clients trust him because he delivers results. A first-generation Colombian-American raised in South Florida, Edwin found his calling at Florida International University after hearing trial lawyers speak at a conference. From that moment, he knew he belonged in the courtroom.

After earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in South Carolina’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, representing hundreds of clients from misdemeanors to serious felonies and trying dozens of cases. He learned to think fast, stay calm under pressure, and never back down. He later practiced in Washington, D.C., further cementing his belief that everyone deserves a fighter in their corner.Outside the Courtroom, Edwin spends his free time exploring Charleston’s food scene, and beaches, with his wife, son, and two dogs.
